2013 Land Rover LR2 Reviews

As in previous versions the 2013 model clearly reflects the Range Rover design language and from the first look is immediately related models "big" brand.
Our journey begins in the Hotel Le Place where we departed for what would be the 1st part of the road test which we used to go and play some passengers with the navigation and audio systems. The latter manufactured by Meridian offers standard version screen "touch screen" 7-inch, 380 watts with 11 speakers and 825 watts enhanced version and 17 speakers.
The interior is simple and clean. Does not cause this overwhelming feeling of hundreds of buttons and controls as in some vehicles today.

A simple and clever detail is the use of the rear row seat stadium type that greatly improves visibility for rear passengers which is especially appreciated in off-road situations.
In the engine department has replaced the six-cylinder 3.2-liter 4-cylinder for the turbocharged 2-liter used in the Evoque and 10 horses earning and saving almost 90 Lbs. weight.
The off-road test would be conducted in the Fairmont Chateau Montebello in one of the four centers in North America where you can take the road driving courses known as "The Land Rover Driving Experience".
It was snowing lightly when people arrived and Land Rover was happy because apparently the above groups only got to see some rain. Fairmont has 65,000 acres of land and is basically a playground for all-terrain vehicles. Immediately activate the mode Grass / Earth / Snow on the Terrain Response system and play for just over an hour when we passed without any problems (and surprisingly comfortable) endless obstacles and situations that most vehicles on the market are simply impossible, as the wheels keep turning is almost impossible to get stuck!
Any death is a master of off road in one of these Land Rovers.
Terrain Response is one of the core technologies of Land Rover and is responsible to give your vehicles outstanding off-road capabilities that stand out. This is an integrated engine management, transmission, distribution, traction and chassis systems that adapts the responses of these components to meet the demands of the terrain optimizing handling and comfort while maximizing traction.
Another system that helps a lot is the hill descent control (HDC for its acronym in English) which basically restricts speed downhill using the anti locking brakes. This is activated automatically in modes of Terrain Response off-road and can be scaled to higher or lower speed with the cruise control on the steering wheel.
After our experience Off road would take over highway road to Mont Tremblant where we would end our test at the fabulous Hotel Quintessence.
When in September 2011 tried to launch the Evoque thought we had off road capabilities "sufficient" to wear the emblem Land Rover (with what some other media journalists disagreed) this time no doubt, this Range Rover thumbnail will take you wherever you go.
